Premeasured and packaged in a 100% biodegradable water-soluble film. The packets dissolve completely in water, reducing package waste, and leaving you with solution ready for cleaning. Just drop one water-soluble packet of Neutral Cleaner in water. No need to measure, pour or cut open packages. Neutral Cleaner is designed for routine maintenance on most floors. The professional strength formula removes soil from heavy traffic areas while protecting the floor’s finish. Neutral Cleaner is ideal for a wide variety of surfaces including terrazzo, marble, slate, vinyl, asphalt, ceramic, and quarry tiles.
Add one packet of Neutral Cleaner to three gallons of water. After adding one packet to the water, wait 30 seconds and stir to uniformly mix the solution. Neutral Cleaner solution can be applied with a mop or by automatic scrubbers.

The Neutral Floor Cleaner works great, but I really liked how easy to use the packets are. My guys just drop in the pail with warm water. Nice!
